At Elevate Her, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items in accordance with the policy below.
1. Right of Withdrawal

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be returned within 14 days after notifying us of the return.
- Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
- Include all accessories, tags, and documentation supplied with the product.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Hygiene & Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and health protection reasons, the following items cannot be returned if opened, worn, or used:

This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, refund, or store credit.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost during transit.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days after receipt of the returned item.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
7. Exchanges
